How do I know what is covered by my flight insurance policy?

How do I make a claim?

Claims are automatic. As a condition of your policy, you should register your flight before you travel. Registered flights are monitored by our flight tracker for flight disruption. If an insured event is detected by the flight tracker we will contact you by email for confirmation.

Do I need to complete a claim form?

No. Our flight tracker will determine if there is a valid claim. However, you should retain relevant documents, such as boarding cards, in case we need to handle any queries.

When will my claim be paid?

We will pay a valid claim once you have completed the self-declaration form contained in the claims contact email.

Who should I contact if there is a problem with my claim?

You should contact the customer service team where you purchased your policy.
